Anyone got any knowledge of where to buy in Broome for a reasonable block of land. There are some new subdivisions going on e.g. the Old Broome Estate, sunset park estate. Not sure which to buy in. I can only afford no more than 260K. Don't want to buy near any homeswest estate housing areas.

There is around 10-15% homeswest housing in the Old Broome Estate. I believe with the other esates its also around that figure. I have seen in the sunset Rise estate a property but over priced at about 30K.

You mentioned in your email there may be problems of youth in Broome? Can you pls tell me more about what you have heard?
