Age of you first investment

hey all

Im really new to this and dont get half the term here but ill get them sometime!
I was just wondering what the average age for people to get their first investment was? feel free to say an age group instead of age if you want

Investment as in all classes of investment? Or just residential investment?

I had a post office savings book when I was at primary school. I saved and saved and saved and when I was eight I finally had enough money to buy a bike. Does that count?

Otherwise, we dabbled in shares in our mid 20's and bought property just as we entered our 30's.
