AllianceCorp property in Melbourne

Hi guys, I just received an email from AllianceCorp advertisting their bus tour:

Has anyone had experience with them before? To be honest I am not sure about forking out money to hear people spruiking their services. Also I must admit I am somewhat wary about agents who claim to do all the homework for you:
