Another offset?

I've just finished Terry's newsletter and have another silly ? sorry. Now can I put all rental income in my offset as well? along with my savings and salary.

I know not to mix any loans, redraws ect.

Rental money is income the same way your salary is (assuming the property is in your name). Putting it into an offset account against non-deductible debt is usually one of the better places to park it.

Yes, rent is cash so there are no mixing issues if you put it in an offset accoutn with wages etc.
