I'm about to relocate from North Queensland to Canberra in early January for employment reasons. We are leaving our three investments properties behind in Townsville and we are looking to rent for the next 2-3 years. All part of the long term IP strategy (along with the fact my employer will pay 12 months rental assistance)
The rental market appears to be very tight in Canberra, particularly in the 4 bed house market which is what we are chasing.
Does anyone have or know of a 4 bed rental (possible a roomy 3 bedder) coming up in January.
We are a professional couple with a seven year old son. Having a strong interest in property, stable employment, and all the references you want, along with a long term rental plan (we are sick of moving) I think we would be ideal tenants for a savvy SS.
