I have an IP at Ipswich and I currently have massive issues with my PM and the tenant.
The tenant is in the process of being evicted and as soon as he is gone the PM will be told her lack of services are no longer required. I currently use RUN Property.
Can anyone recommend an excellent PM in the Ipswich area.
