Anyone had their MGS HDT trust deed reviewed?

Hi Folks,

In light of the final Tax Determination on HDT (TD 2009/17), those people who have a MGS Trust deed prior to 2007, have their trust deed been reviewed by accountant or lawyer to determine whether their interest deductions are fully tax deductible?
