When FP and REA are hard selling OTP in other states/cities it makes you wonder.

Someone I work with recently bought 2 apartments in Cairns. No DD done on her behalf but they were bargains according to the FP so she bought .

Cooling off had passed so I refrained from making any comments in this case, but did wonder how this market was faring.
