Anyone looked into the NRAS scheme?

National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS)


I have been looking into this scheme, basically they are government houses (new homes) barely +ve geared (after Approx $9k pa government subsidy) , but you are locked into renting them out at 75% market value. There is also a rental guarentee in place.

My idea would be a simple buy & hold .....long term.

Just wondering if you guys have come across these before & your thoughts on it?

mate look under "innovative techniques" for lending issues and developer requirements.

you need to purchase off someone with a head lease agreement or similar, i can hook you up with someone, if you like, who develops new NRAS product in QLD.
