Anyone looking for Rental in Aphington (VIC)?

Hi guys,

My fiance and I are making a bit of a change in the next few weeks (will post an update when it is all official) but basically we need to break our lease on a 2 bedroom apartment in Alphington.

Wasnt sure if I should post here or Caveat but if anyone is interested its a good modern 2 bedroom place for $400/week. This is the place we are currently renting, we dont own it.

Ben, your best bet is Gumtree.
It is free and honestly I posted an ad once for lease break. I had couples and people jumping and hounding me to view it. I was surprised at the response.

Yes I have used Gumtree to great effect to fill my properties up. Free and within the first hour I get at least 20 phone calls. Just bear in mind though that a lot of them are asking for really, really short leases (like 1-2 months). Make sure you make the advertisement clear.
