Anyone owning a CP on your name?

I like to know if anyone purchase a commercial property using personal name not using company or family trust?
I just like to know if you can get sued if anything goes wrong even if you have insurance? It seems easier to -ve gear when you don't have tenant or rent is lower than interect cost.

I do, I own a Commercial property in my name, it is part of a Body Corp and I have the usual landlord liability insurance.

I own all of my properties in my name

It makes it easier with the negative gearing paperwork, I would think.
