Anyone used "Options" contracts

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about thier experiences with using "options" to buy a property with a long settlement, applying for some type of Planning Permit during that settlement time, then on-selling or developing.

Also, I have heard that a lot of seminars use these, would anyone have a basic contract that I might be able to read over (or buy).

Lots of info in here on them.

Also a call option form that you might use to buy an option to purchase is a standard REI form that you couild get from most REAs.
