hi everyone, I am planning purchase an IP in oak park, Melbourne. Can anyone talk about this suburb ? what makes me concern is the historical data shows the unit price in this area is actually dropping, regardless of recent property boom recently.

Oak par unit prices have been going down because there has been allot of new units coming up in the area.

But what's funny is if you go on realestate.com there are only 8 units for sale.
