Are things changing?

Interesting article in the SMH today.

This may be anecdotal only but is there a change in renter sentiment towards taking a lease on a well located unit with great facilities & parking as opposed to the traditional semi/terrace with little yard, no parking and in average condition?

Will this change of attitude drive a change in your investment philosophy (ie away from land component), or will the reality of high outgoings keep you driving by these investments and sticking with something with a big land compenent?
