I agree with Ahmad about approaching owners of properties when they are not on the market although I haven't had any luck doing this yet Which is especially frustrating when you see them on the market 6 months later as a deceased estate.

This reads a little like you knock off elderly citizens when they wont sell their houses to you

Yeah unfortunately some owners resist signing the the contracts so I have to get rough. Not all of them survive.
