Australian woman caught smuggling fish

DOZENS of live tropical fish have been discovered strapped to an Australian woman arriving at Melbourne Airport.
The 51 fish were hidden inside a purpose-built apron containing 15 plastic water-filled bags.

The apron was concealed under the woman's skirt when she arrived on Friday on a flight from Singapore.

Must have been an uncomfortable flight :)

Jamie.

I loved the statement in the above article -

"You don't see these kinds of alleged concealments every day."

Beat GeoffW to it! I am sure he will come up with something....

She was caught hook line and sinker or something equally as bad lol!

I was also going to say something silly, but this being a family forum, I will have to hold my thought.

You have to sometimes wonder about the end result,
About what happens to people that use the end product.
i parked my car the other day,at the local supermarket
the car next to me ,windows down the driver slumped blue on the driving wheel,
his well dressed girlfriend, next to him also blue in the face, needle in her arm,
i try to wake her,she vomits all over the dashboard,no time to think,i just rang the
police, ambulance, waited and walked away..we will never stop this problem..
because every get rich ideas has the down side.....
good luck
willair..

Acey,
im not sure what poison was in the needle
but what esle can you do if you see this in your face
you either walk away or help, somethings i cant walk past..
good luck
willair..

She was just a carrier, police should be after bigger fish.

In fact, perhaps she was meant to be caught, just a red herring.

Customs must be casting their net wide these days, and have stopped using beagles and started using tabby cats...

Adds a new meaning to fish net stockings too !
