Been looking at potential suburbs in Brisbane where I believe prices still haven't taken off, but still have good proximity to CBD, and good facilities. Banyo/Tingalpa and Corinda all seem like good suburbs, and yes I am aware of flood issues with Corinda. Can anyone else provide anymore insights into these suburbs?
