Would buying off street style townhouses be good for rental yield and capital growth?

A house such as this this is quite a distance from the street I can see is heavily discounted. Would anyone consider this an investment grade worthy property?
For me it ticks quite a few boxes in regards to close to good schools, public transport, amenities, etc.
