Battleaxe style townhouses

Stay away. Neerim road faces directly onto train tracks, they're in plain sight when you're driving along it.

Even though these TH's are tucked away they're still on Neerim which will always mean lower valuations and lower growth. There's also the noise to consider which will affect future buyers and tenants.

Generally speaking I haven't seen remarkable growth histories from the larger TH developments I've looked over. So as a rule I would only consider them if they've got 3 units or less on the site.

Also, please don't confuse that sentiment with Terrace houses which, in certain suburbs, are very desirable and perform well.
