My favourites for future growth are Merimbula (NSW) and Lakes Entrance (Vic).

l assume you are looking for investments ideas? How much do you want to spend; -ve or +ve geared?

+'ve or -'ve geared? Either, but at least a 5% return.

If you want to invest 500k l can put you onto a devlopment we recently bought into in Merimbula.

Absolute waterfront 3 bed townhouses with amazing lake & ocean views to be part of a Health Spa resort. Developer wants 5 yr leaseback at 10% gross (around 8.8% net) rent for first 5 years, re-negotiate/self manage/live in after the initial term.
