I am considering selling a property in Bentleigh East (Melb) in the very near future.

Property is a 4 bed x 3 bath high-end property on its own 330m2 title with own street frontage and within the McKinnon high school zone.

I am looking for recommendations for RE selling agents, settlement agents as well as suggestions as to optimum timing (pre and post Xmas) for Melb Auctions.

I am considering selling because I want to divest my investment property at a substantially reduced price to a new investor who can enjoy further massive capital gain at an exponential percentage to what I have already achieved ..........

Yes, I am hoping for a few meager dollars. Hell, I would give it away but my wife thinks feeding the kids is more important, go figure!
