My fixed rate of 6.6% will come
to an end next month
I was wondering what is the best rates out there
and by who
I was hoping to fix for 3 years (or does someone sugest another option)

I'd say currently anything around 7.4-7.7 is ballpark...

I'm with Westpac. Rate just locked in last week at 7.69%
A few major bank lenders already increased their rate just last week, some others are expected to do the same soon.
