Body Corporate By Laws

I am trying to track down the body corpoarte by laws to complete a tenancy agreement. The body corporate administrators phone number has been disconnected and the property owner is not contactable. Can i search anywhere online to find these?

try calling some other strata agencies and ask if they manage the building. Or ask a neighbour in the block if they have any ideas. Is there are body corp letter box? put a note in that.

All strata units are to have a notice board with the information located.
I would definately try the occupants and the local agents as well.
