BOQ specialist

Has anyone ever used BOQ specialist?
Their offers are quite attractive.
Variable interest rate = 4.6% (1.41% disc) with mutiple offsets
90% LVR without LMI

I am thinking about refinance it away from ANZ. I have spoken to retention team and ANZ bank decided not to go lower than 4.78% (1.1% discount) and LVR <50%
My total current loans = A$1.4 million across 3 properties.
They do however, waive my annual Breakfree package

Nice rate esp at 90 % no lmi

If you have the Desire and the capacity you can gear up your existing stuff to 2 mill and then use that to further invest using other lenders

Very good deal, esp with the LMI saving - you'd be very hard pressed to beat that rate anywhere (at least on broker panels) apart from online lenders.

On that lend amount, a .18% drop is pretty significant (roughly 3k p.a). I'd move, while considering BOQ cash out and seeing if it aligns with your future goals.

Thanks for the opinion.

I am not too sure about the lending policy and accessing equity from BOQ specialist. I dont want to refinance with them and having trouble in the future. The main set back is that they dont have physical office and using ANZ as their agent (i.e. withdrawal and deposit).

However, the offer is very attractive with multiple offsets on each loan with no LMI at 90%LVR and I have only pay 1x package fee of a$395/year
