Anyone with Bank of Qld? Happy with them? I'm thinking of refinacing as my bank doesn't let you prepay interest and I want to reduce CGT.
Is 5.79% a good rate for fixing and prepay interest for one year? Home loan priveledge fee of $375 waived for first year. I have to pay $250 per valuation for all of my existing properties.
Loan amount $200,000.
