I am jsut after some recommended mortgage brokers in Sydney and possible options for home loans.
At the moment I have a house worth approx $410k with $375k home loan owning - $15k offset which i would like to keep for emergency money.
I am wanting to option approx $400k loan for investment property - but with no deposit would like to know the best way to restructure my existing/new loans and possible options I have. I don't mind paying the lenders mortgage insurance if need be...
