Just wondering if anyone knew of and could recommend some good builders and/or damp fixers in the Windsor / Richmond area? We are looking at a property in Windsor, 1800's house, structurally sound (we think, inspection pending) - locally listed.
We can do a lot of the work ourselves, but we'll need the bathroom done and damp issues sorted before we move from interstate.
Appreciate any contacts - prefer to use referrals than cold calling!
