I am researching building a colorbond carport in front of our existing brick garage. It will be inside the 6 mtr setback. I will phone council but in case I get a dud response, I want to know what fees I have to pay and what applications I need to lodge. We are not in either Caboolture or Redcliffe districts which have all the extra inclusions in their paperwork.
I think it is form R100 - Design and siting and/or Amenity and aesthetics which states that I only need to submit one fee of $450 for the two purposes and it is very straight forward. Have I missed anything?
I have one quote so far and they want to charge me $1400 for council excluding the Amenity and aesthetics appl'n.
