buy villa/twh/terrace in blacktown or unit in inner suburbs or blacktown region

Hi,

I am looking at getting my first IP and after chose to go with townhouse/terrace/villa to buy new/near new and hold long-term for CG. I was actively looking for prop in blacktown region.

after reading some articles on sydney prop market slowing down, I am suddenly reviewing my strategy whether to go for new props in blacktown region or go for older units in inner city or even in blacktown region.

I wonder which plan makes sense and why
