It's made a lot of money for the Snows, and has a waiting list of tenants. So something must be 'right' with it, apart form the fact that they are the 'greenest' commercial buildings in OZ.
It may well be 'right' for the tenants (business/govt), because the rent is presumably cheaper than the city and I think there is a shortage of office space in Canberra. But I don't think there is anything 'right' about it from the majority of the workers point of view.
Brindabella Business Park is one of the reasons I want to be financially independent. Having worked there once and decided never again, I don't want to be in the position where I have basically no choice but to take a job out there (more and more jobs moving out there every day especially IT jobs).
