I went to it.

Pretty basic stuff if you have been reading here for a while.

The pre & post coffee may of been more value than the seminar

A grumpy old man provided some light relief.

Missed seeing Duncan Got to meet someone new though

I think by the list of names compared to those attending there was a large free list.

I havent been through all the hand outs yet.....MLC seems to get a fair run from the financial planners

I didn't go, and Sorry Cathy if you have friends or relatives on this board.

Cathy is a renovator, takes old places does them up fast and then
sells them through a number of agents. She seems to select
agents for the area. In some cases I have seen the buildings
gutted, ie Wheatland St Seacliff or just cleaned up externally,
refurbished internally, fancy front fence/electonic gates,
such are the old 1970's 'six pack' on Anzac Highway.

The prices always seem to be at a premium and people have
to remember the, root stock is still old, like 20 - 60 years old.

The market is getting tight in Adelaide and becoming a little
more savvey, so these seminars may actually be trolling for
either potential clients for the revovated stock, ie let us
show you how to get into Investment properties, ohh and we
happen to have a few.

Also by showing people what can be done, opening up venues
for people to offer their investment property for possibly a
joint venture.

I would go along with a very large dose of caution when a
renovator/developer is running seminars.

These are my thoughts, observations and opinions only.
