Just trying to find out where I can view the details of a caveat in Qld over a property that I am trying to purchase.
I realise a conveyancer will do this but not that far into it but will sign contracts very soon.
You probably can go to the Land Titles Officer website do a title search and then get the dealing number for the caveat. Then you should be able to do a search and bring up a copy.
