Chances of being approved on LMI

What has your broker said? He should be able to give you an ETA on an answer? Has he escalated the application? When do you need the formal approval or funds?
I would wait until tomorrow before consider shopping.

Broker has said nothing about the initial application and when I ask doesnt answer.
He has answered this morning regarding proceeding with a 20% deposit and no LMI which is the only option im considering now anyway. Im trying to push the sale through as fast as I can in NZ and looks to be ok and will go on time, I will have a S&P agreement from NZ today
Seems like the S&P agreement from NZ will be enough to progress my application he said

Conditional approval apon a valuation.
Have I been approved with LMI or on 20% deposit (bank have recieved documentation of the sale, but I dont have funds yet)
The answer is I dont know. Nor do I care hahaha
I have approval.
Now I need to make sure the NZ funds get here in time for the finance clause to go unconditional, but its looking on track so far.
This last week stress wise was way up there, and im sure I have a bit to go, but one hurdle down!!!
