Chinese writing translator please

Hi All

I am interested in purchasing the following Chinese proverb.

The advert. says it is "To wish you have a very good and lucky year, wealthness and auspiciousness will come over you." (sic).

Can someone please confirm that it does mean something along those lines?

Many thanks

Sunshine

ROFL at Krudd email.

yes roughly translated it means that OP.
And I had 10 years of mandarin as second language education back in my day.

That's very prudent of you to check LOL. Imagine if it actually meant eff you and go to hell!

Hee hee, when I see us 'whities' with asian tattoos, I always think, is it really 'peace & love' you have stencilled on your skin there or has some tattoist with a sense of humour actually written 'one cheeseburger please'. :D

Email this guy, put him to good use:

Ha Great idea. I wonder if I would get a reply?

Thanks so much lamingtons.

I have to confess that I already purchased and was awaiting delivery, when it hit me that I should check what it actually says. Now it can be proudly displayed on the cupboard in the office, otherwise it may have become a Christmas present. :D
