L Lilli 12th Apr, 2008 #1 I am not sure if there has previously been a thread asking this question. If we were to turn our PPOR which we bought 2yrs ago into an IP are we able to claim any setup costs etc... besides the usual claimables on a tax return for an IP. Thanks
