Community Titles - Pros vs Cons
Hi all,
I have no experience with community titles. My husband and I looking at the possibility of buying a PPOR in an estate that is community titled. It is in the north shore area of Sydney. We have had a bad experience with the body corporate of a strata titled property we bought some years ago (it is now an IP) - long story but basically BC was too apathetic.
Can anyone please share their experience / knowledge / useful websites etc...?
Also, do these sort of properties resell reasonably well? And is this sort of structure becoming more common in new estates?
