Contract of Sale - Qld

Hi everyone,
I've decided to have a go at selling my PPOR myself. Rang a conveyancing company and they told me to contact a stationery company to get a contract of sale form to fill out myself.

I had a hunt around and found a Contract of Sale form here:

I am wondering if anyone knows where I can get this pdf without draft written all over it.

as the contract is subject to copyright - I believe you will need to contact a real estate agent about obtaining a copy - perhaps one of the agents on this forum may be able to help

Penfolds Stationers in Queen Street in the city used to sell these - they were standard REIQ contract forms which were included in two packages they sold: DIY Conveyancing for Purchase of Property and DIY Conveyancing for Sale of Property. The Law Society also publishes a standard contract - don't know who distributes that though (try contacting the Law Society).

REIQ has main office in Coorparoo and they sell contracts but only in minimum lot of 20 or 25.

They directed us to a city stationer (probably Penfolds as Lynn said). Give them a call and they will put you straight about where to get one.

Your solicitor will happily draw up a contract if asked.

Thanks everyone for your help. I rang Penfolds and they sell them individually for $4.50 so I will go into the city and pick a few up.
