I've just recently purchased my 2nd investment property and because of my income I don't think I would be able to borrow any more money unless I use the equity on my 2 properties, how much does a valuation normally cost?

Thank you for your quick responses, I have equity but I don't think I have borrowing power due to my income. Problem will be fixed soon with a pay rise, if not a new job
