having a browse on the net and saw this.

it does say about "Trust for Nature Covenant" on the title.

does this means that this land will not be part of the any subdivision (if there is a chance in my life time to see it), and we can sell/profit from the sales of this land ?

Its not really crown land. If you want to know what you can and can't do, then read the convenant.

It's not crown land. Rather, it's a legal restriction on the title, preventing you from doing certain things.

Ask for the contract from the agent so you can read the covenant.
