Data on 1 bed units (coastal)

I'm researching one bedroom units on the Sunshine Coast. All the data is on 2 beds. I was hoping that some people here would have had some first hand experience.

I would like to know the capital gain in the past five years. Also a rough guide on vacancy rates.

The one I'm looking at is overlooking the water at Calounda.

Don't have any hard data, only anedotal. Comments from colleages on a one-bedder further north up the coast was very positive. They made a 15% profit gain over 12 months, and never had a weeks vacancy. Sorry I don't have more info, I'd be interested to hear about what you do find out.

My parents actully live in the area, so I have put my Dad to work to dig up the relevant data for me.
