Depreciation Report for new unit in Reservoir, Melbourne

Hi,

I am curious on how much would a depreciation report cost for a new unit as I have seen varying costs. Can someone please advise on what would be the basis on who I should go with? I have been quoted $390+GST for a new unit

Sounds about right.

If it's a new unit, there would have been a QS on the project so they should be able to do a Schedule for that price.

If somebody is quoting $390+ to start from scratch, it sounds too cheap. Find out what you're getting first (ask for a sample) and get a guarantee they will send a QS to site.
