Dev property valuer in Frankston South

Hi,
I am looking at organising a valuation for a development block in Frankston South. I have previously used property valuers who have done staright forward property valuations.

I have spoken to the same valuers and whilst they have agreed to do the valuation, I am not sure if they can be relied upon to provide accurate devlopment potential valuation or if I should be using special valuers specialising in that category.

Can anyone recommend a good dev property valuer in that area..?

Thanks

Harris

Valuers won't value a proeprty for its development potential - that is speculation.

Banks won't lend on development potential.

If you want to do this they need approved plans and permits - certainty of what can be put there - not hypotheticals

I was referring to the development valuation which I believe is quite common. That valuation keeps into consideration similar sized blocks, sub-division conforming to the council guide lines, finished product's average current price points and other related information.

Market line valuers (I believe they are one of the largest in Bayside have people that do this). I organised similar valuations in Hervey Bay and Cairns.

I was after a recommended contact/ organisation.

The aim of any such valuation is agnostic of any lending requirements. I was not planning to use that information to help me source funds, rather getting an insight of the developments projects in pipeline int he area, land size and current realisable value.

Cheers
