Yes we are finance and mortgage brokers.
No we are not RE's.
We simply provide a referral service.
We save the client time and hopefully money.

As always we encourage investors to do their own research before making a decision.

100% Development Finance?

1.It can be useful if you have potential projects but not the finance.

A lender may fund the whole project but expect a equity share in the profits.
They may help in project management etc.

2.Gross Realisation Funding ( construction ) up to 70%
If your profit margin is high enough it can amount to nearly 100% funding without giving any of your equity away.
