Development in Palm Cove

Hi all,

Been some time since I've visited.

I have a developer who has a bit of a cash problem at the moment which is holding him up from starting his development in Palm Cove.

Plans and builders are in place to start, just need $1mil to make things happen. About 1 yr to complete. I think he is offering equity share in the development for the use of the money.

I am not receiving anything for this (however I will not say no to any gifts) and I will be happy to pass on the details to anyone who is interested. PM me.
