The land can currently be divided into 4 x 1 Ha lots but council is in the process of a new strategic plan, so it has been surmised by the surveyors that it may be able to be subdivided more but that hasn't been confirmed yet.
Estimated return if the house block was peeled off and sold is 500-550K, leaving the other 3 Ha to develop.
I'm selling as I don't live there any more and want to buy elsewhere near the kids, so want the equity out. Also don't know anything about developing.
