Hi Everyone

What are your thoughts for this new development in marrickville?
2 BR start from 650k

Great location and a good architect - he's done half a dozen builds locally over the last few years. That building is going up very quickly.
I have no idea whether it would be a good buy - it's in a much better location then the Quarry Apartments (same architect) that were finished early this year.
