Does anyone own a student accom unit?

Just curious to hear from anyone who may own a student accom unit? (Note not a converted house but a unit I a specialty complex)

On face value the couple of. Complexes I have looked at on the Gold Coasthave some inviting returns. I understand that they may not appreciated as much as normal investments over time as they would be a pure cash flow stategy.

How have people found their experiences with e onsite managers finding tenants? Also what happens over Christmas?

I'm very interested to hear anyone thoughts!
