cheap units - limited downside - resonable location, near to the coast - regional centre with lots of passing trade, developing tourist market - does anyone have any thoughts?

I know that this is a very old post but it's where I live at the moment. Unfortunately until the State Gov decide whether or not to sell off the forests it's not a place to buy in the short term.
