Going by the stated prize value, looks pretty right with all the furniture and inclusions.
I took a look when originally for sale at the 560k and it was terrible inside/out. Now you hear people browsing the place saying "ooh, that's nice"
Would say reno would have been 200k max with change. Good returns considering bought, reno'd and sold to BT homes at 1.2mil within a 5mth turnaround.
