Don't BYPASS that

With the recent opening of the tugun bypass on the southern end of the gold coast, it would be interesting to know the thoughts on what people think about the northen nsw region. Land prices in the tweed, northern nsw are dirt cheap in comparison to its northern neighbour the gold coast but it seems like all the developers are starting to venture to the tweed region because of the vast amounts of land available.

Would love to hear peoples opinions on this

I personally think it will help prices within the region over time providing your not to close to the road.
Rumour has it Coolongatta Airport may use sections of the road for light aircraft take off when the main airport is busy
