Eureka Towers VS Freshwater Place

ive lived in Eureka Tower before and I must admit, it was the nicest city apartment I have ever been in, admittedly one of my long term goals is to buy a 2 or 3 bdr in the top half..

That being said, ive never set foot in Freshwater Place,

in terms of value, considering, facilities, view, finish, location, which is better???

or are there any other beautiful city apartments??

Personally, I think Freshwater place is a level better than Eureka in terms of...everything.

FreshWater is has WAYYY better finishing than Eureka.

also look at YVE, Balencea if u dont mind being slighlty out of city.

Sunland does stylish apartments with good quality fitouts.

ive just been looking at a few of the ads for freshwater place,

and from what the photos show, to me personally, the 1 bedders seem smaller then the Eureka, there is a 3 bedder for 1.3-1.5m on level 6, personally it seems really small and it also seems the finishes are about the same or even worse.

the views from eureka should be better due to the height (obviously depends on what level)

do the photos do no justice?

you could always try renting one in fresh water place for a week or two
and then compare for your self
